This idea of the body as an interface....yes!
I think we forget how much of our intuition and thought process comes from the antenna of the body reacting to the external world. I love the idea.
It’s a major step, one that you’ve worked hard for. Change is hard. You’ll be fine - even if you put a foot wrong you’ll be fine because you’re willing to learn. Good luck! Xx
