This all sounds very juicy and generous Wendy, thank you. I'm particularly excited about the ekphrastic part of the bundle because i'm using a bit of this (sort of) in my new book project and imagine that your thoughts will take my own a bit further ahead of needing to submit anything to my editor :) xx
This sounds exciting Ruth! I am particularly interested in the place of change and evolution between one art form and another, in fact between interpretation and creative growth full stop. I’m looking forward to it too!
Yes, it's a super interesting and rich meeting point! I think any junction between worlds is very fruitful really, in terms of what might spill out anew...
By chance I listened to part of an interview with Richard Scott. He has a new poetry collection on still life he observed in works of art. So the idea of writing ekphrastic poems is intriguing.
I’ve marked the dates of Write Along in my diary so that’s something to look forward to. Marg x

The word 'ekphrastic' is completely new to me. It does sound interesting ...
I'm really looking forward to it!
Thank you Wendy, this all sounds very exciting. I’ve only ever dabbled in ekphrastic writing, so really looking forward to it x
It’s going to be lovely. I’m looking forward to it too!
I wrote as if I’m familiar with the work of Richard Scott. I’d never heard of him till I listened to a podcast by Robyn Houghton.
