Why had I not known, this was the same for other people? Thank you for these wise words.

I’m going to start a commonplace book now. Thank you Wendy I am taking a lot from this being someone who is full of fear. I love Georgia O’Keeffe’s art ❤️

I hadn't heard this quote before, from an artist I so much admire--especially for her courage in going her own way. Knowing about her fear strengthens my own backbone. Thank you!

This resonated so much with me, Wendy. Over the past years I have been working to reshape my relationship to my fear and anxiety into something more welcoming, compassionate, and loving, which in turn changes the relationship I have to myself. Thank you for this great reminder and encouragement.

I loved Susan Jeffers book which has helped me. A woman like Georgia O'Keeffe terrifies me, admirable though she is. As Judith says in her reply, it's knowing that fear, whatever form it takes, is normal, that's reassuring. Thanks for the inspiration, Wendy.

She was a terrifying, but fascinating personality. I'm very drawn to people who just radiate strength. Thanks for the book rec.
