Dear Diary/Dear Wendy: September 12th 2010
How do you grow around grief?
This post is for my paid subscribers. The post contains an actual diary post I made in September 2010, five months after the death of my baby, and my response to it from today. It is an exploration of the work that goes into growth from pain, and the interconnectedness of all areas of life in healing.
Please note that the diary does talk about grief and pain, baby death, and also jealousy, about wanting to write and about self hatred. If those things might trigger something overwhelming in you, please look after yourself and go gently.
